Are there other Joe Valdez photos of Todd Offenbacher?

This scan is a montage of photos from a vintage magazine article, and the two small photos certainly look like they came from the same photoshoot, but they're different from the other photos you've posted thus far.

I was curious about that too. I am quite sure these pictures in the montage were taken by another photographer but at the same contest. I have maybe 5 or 6 more color photos of Todd that Joe shot, which I'll try to post later tonight.

Stan it is. He tells me that he will be competing as a Light Heavyweight at the 2006 USA in Vegas. The avuncular looking gentleman with the baseball cap is none other than Joe Valdez, who had Stan in the Rory Liedelmeyer and Richard Jones pantheon.
